In order to avoid the extreme summer temperatures , he wants the 2022 Qatar World Cup to be held in January 2022.

That will go down well with the Premier League, Bundesliga , Serie A etc

I wonder was this raised as an issue and discussed properly prior to the vote?

Its actually to make it too cold for the gays to be out bumming on the beaches and in the parks.
