Mercedes Vito (W Reg)

Just trying to get some info for my Fathers Mercedes Vito. Last night he said he drove home circa 30 miles with no heater, which in this weather is terrible. He felt warm air being very very gently blown out the vents but only when moving and his blower motor won't work at all. Im assuming this is just a fuse that has gone. Had a look at all the fuses under the steering collum but all were intact. We have no owners manual for a fuse guide so no idea which one does what and I haven't a clue where the other fuses are located. Tried google to no avail as the mercedes club website seems to be down too.

I have an 03 vito and I think there is a fuse box underneath the passenger seat, might be worth looking there
