List price is £80k

Mercedes spent all that trouble making it efficient to save the owners some pennies. Mind boggling.

I actually thought that Mercedes spent the money to be able to sell them - making them Euro-whatever compliant?

Bonkers mark-up if list is 80k, and if its genuinely sold then fair play to the seller. I doubt anyone who owns a G cares much about depreciation or running costs though. I showed it to my other half earlier as the first car I would buy following a lottery win!

If I win the lottery I will too, just because they are up there with the Defender. Though I am sure with the lottery win we would both be buying the AMG version which is a lot less than this list price.

£125k is bonkers. The future resale market for this car, particularly with the marmite red leather, will be tiny. Would have one in my "lottery winner" fleet but it is a bit fugly!

Sold by PH, someone must want it...or the seller decided to take it elsewhere!
