feeling a bit better today although knee is still sore , not helped by the fact i,m still trying to get the Noble back together :-) had some keyhole surgery on some damaged cartlidge pickup up in october when out running with the good lady !!!

Christ, when they did my knee op it wasnt half that bad ... and although 18 months later it is weak, there is hardly any scarring

Funky 5.59!! Making sure you were first out this morning with your sledge?? anyone else snowed in?? We have over a foot down here in Devon, never seen it like this in December.
Off with some mates with a quad bike and my old skies if I can't get out. So with probably end up with two knees like Tux lol!!
