LP560-4 Spyder or Coupe

Looking at either an LP560-4 Spyder or a Coupe. Any owners have opinions on which. Had a Gallardo Coupe before and loved it but have always hankered after a Spyder however I am still a bit iundecided. I can get a newer Coupe for roughly the same money as a used Spyder so I have the usual tradeoff between more deprecation off already on the Spyder as opposed to lthe lower initial mileage on the Coupe. Help please.....

given the choice, i would have gone spyder, but i simply didn't have the legroom

on public roads i didn't notice any difference in handling, and the spyder puts you just a little closer to THAT noise

I must admit I do like the idea of winding down that rear window to listen to the music of the V10.

My dealer tells me that he sells more spyder's than coupes, as that where demand seems to be, three or four to one...
Better bet for resale.
It would be a spyder for me, like you say, I can get the back window down, even if the roof is up !

Depends on which way you look at it. More spyders therefore the coupe is rarer & can command a better price or sell more spyders therefore larger demand for spyders and no-one wants coupes.
