Ooops.

Telegraph said:
James May hurt during Top Gear stunt
James May, the Top Gear presenter, was knocked out while filming the show's Christmas special in Syria.

May, 47, was helping pull fellow presenter Jeremy Clarkson's car out of a ditch when he fell and hit his head on a rock, The Sun reported.

The Daily Telegraph's motoring columnist was rushed to hospital where he was given a brain scan and put on a drip, the paper said.

May suffered severe concussion and was given stitches for a head wound, according to the report.

He was quoted as saying: "I stood in the line of where the tow rope went taut. I told the driver to move off and became part of a giant catapault.

May joked that the reason he was given a head scan was because "the Syrians were just excited to be able to use their new scanner".

'Tis a tad too near Christmas for that - perhaps run to a camel though.

When I saw the thread title I thought this referred to the commissioning on the new series.

' In the show James, Richard and Jeremy recreate the 1,200-mile journey of the Three Wise Men.'

Things are truly getting desperate at TG towers.

Really?

I thought it was an inspired idea. I certainly wouldn't want to have to come up with enough unique ideas to fill a whole series, let alone 15 series!

Indeed. I think its going to be brilliant and I wouldn't fancy having to think of new ideas all the time to please people on internet forums. :P

What would you prefer, comparing the new Mondeo with the Insignia?

Then left to do a programme that involved a lot of dicking around. He could have just hung around for a while. wink

What, one of these?

Perhaps could run to them but, don't think we could afford Cliff as well.
