running fast

Hi all, I have a speedmaster auto and it is 7yrs old I wear it daily but take it off for bed. Over the last week or so it is gaining about 4-5 minutes each day. I must admit I have never had it serviced and was wondering if this could be the fix or if something else could be wrong
