Uses for Ginger Wine

I've had a bottle in the drinks cupboard for years so I thought it shoul dget drunk but other than Wiskey Mac I can't think what to do with it, any suggestions?

Try ginger wine + jagermiester + jd in equal measures. Room temp, utterly delicious. Slightly trippy in large quantities.

It's Christmas so heat it up and serve a mulled ginger wine. It's very tasty.
