Help - Drving me mad - audio description on all channels

I have a panasonic plasma which is a couple of years old. Every channel I view seems to have audio description running. I have found how to turn it off temporarily but everytime I change the channel it goes back to the aduio description - Its driving me crazy. Anyone know how to have the default as off...


Quick help before I smash the TV up..
