Right then. We were suppopsed to be doing dinner for 12 but ended up with only 5 attendees.

We have a metric stload of food left over: Turkey; ham; veg (sprouts, carrots, roast spuds, maple roasted parsnips); stuffing; sausages etc.

So, apart from the usual suspects such as sandwiches, turkey curry, turkey and ham pie etc what can I do with it all?

You forgot the Turkey Enchiladas smile

Cold turkey will freeze.

Loads of bubble & squeak with the left over veg

....or if you feel so inclined find out if there are any homeless shelters in the area , I'm sure they'd be happy to take it off your hands.

Any elderly people in your street? I am sure a nice warm roast dinner tomorrow would go down a treat?!?!?

Some good suggestions, ta smile

We don't really have a street to be honest and only know our immediate neighbours (as in the few houses within 5 fields radius) and none of them are elderly.

Vaguely contemplating some kind of christmas lasagne... laugh
