Going for a rolling road test on Wednesday 'Surrey Rolling Road'. What you reckon BHP should be. I know there are many variables. Chim 500 (1060 kg) Running standard proxy at 15Lb Thorney @ 13.15.
Just a bit of fun realy as I have no idea.

Get yourself a copy of a software program called Quarter Jnr. Inputing your known parameters will give you E/T or by juggling figures your h/p.

Try wallace racing, the calcs are more accurate. 1/4 mile Speed is a better indicator of power

Hi Barrie
its not your ET but your terminal speed that is the indicator of the bhp.
I will guess your terminal speed at about 105 and your bhp over 280.

Just got back 304.1bhp and 330 lb ft. Terminal speed was 109.4.
Anyhoo pretty pleased with the RR result as it is a standard engine.

Excellent, you have a healthy engine there Barrie.
At the pod you should see mid 12's easy, especially if you invest in a pair of 888's.

Never tried it myself. I can recommend the 888's as i knocked 3/10ths off my 60 foot time with them.
I now run Mickey Thompson Street ETs, much softer sidewall, good for grip but no good for the road as they dont like cornering.
