Can anyone hazard a guess towards what these alloys are / who manufactures them?
.. On the prowl for a good E46 and these wheels stood out for me from the sea of MV-2's.

Thank you in advance for your knowledge!

Those are E60 M5 wheels, either replica or genuine ones that may have had some machining done to them or make use of spacers to ensure the correct fitment.

On that particular car, they'd look better if it was lowered a little more smile

Cheers, Dennis!

They are E60 M5 replicas - look nasty to me but that;s hardly important.

Looks ghastly. There's much nicer stuff available for the E46. But hey, if you like it;)

I just prefer them to the MV2's because the MV2's are common as muck! I guess everyone's tastes differ!
In the picture though, do they look to anyone like 19 inch wheels? Cos in terms of proportion they resemble 18's yet I know for a fact the M5 alloys are 19,225's. Maybe they are 18 inch replicas as someone suggested.
Thanks for the info!

Personally, I think most replica wheels or ones from another model entirely look a bit strange. There aren't too many that match up too well with the car in my opinion.

Those particular ones don't look too bad, although I still think that the MV2s look miles better.

Hiya

Some wheels from other models from the same marque can look really bad, and yet others can look absolutley fantastic! Even replica's too!

The 19 inch M Parallel replica's with the big deep lip on the rears, look absolutley fantastic on an E46 that's been lowered quite a bit on coilovers for instance.

I'm always advocating going for something different and more interesting when it comes to wheels choice smile

Cheers, Dennis!

They are 18" I'd say - possibly even 17".

For what it is worth M5 alloys are 19" but not 225 width - I think the rears are 275/30 and fronts 245/35.

Might be worth checking this link for some ideas:
