S20 is decent - lacks the THX mode for best preset user mode, and Freeview HD, and so forth.
For the small relative difference over going with the 42G20 for however long you hang on to a TV before changing, is it not worth pushing the budget.
If the 360 is the original one, then it'll be Component (Red/Grn/Blue) connection, which is still catered for, so you'll benefit from HD capabilities, but not the native 1080p games which would require the HDMI version.
