range rover air suspension

thinking of buying a range rover 02 plate but the air suspension wont go up since cold weather any thoughts, also took it to a 4 x 4 garage and they put it on computer. it said air pump overheating.

P38 or L322?
What does the dash report?
If it's L322 (new shape) there are some well known fixes.
My P38 had multple EAS fails so I converted it to springs.

Nothing to do with cold weather. My air suspension has worked in -15, suspect it is just broken.

Could be a valve if the compressor is running and nothing is happening?
