Can anyone help me?

When doing a HPI check, will it tell you the name of the car's owner?

Only if it is owed by a finance company. Not a named individual.

No, HPI will tell you any body that has registered a financial security on the vehicle, history of number plate changes, write offs, thefts, number of owners and DVLA data. Some will include a mileage search but these are notoriously unreliable.

You would need to contact DVLA to find the owner.

Slightly pedantic, but the DVLA don't know who the owner is, they only know the registered keeper, which isn't the same thing.
