28DL redirect

Just a thought, but can't you adapt the swear filter to reroute the 28DL link to another holding page you set up yourselves?
Maybe a page that describes the reason one can't link from here to there?
At the very least it'll save people going through to the porn page.

If you go to 28 days later through PH, they set up a childish redirect to a porn site or something.

Is it porn now? It used to go to a page that showed porn whilst an audio track screamed "the boss is a " repeatedly.

All because POD found their bloody tunnels. Tossers.

It redirects to B3ta (which is fine with me) but it is the kitten page that screams "The Boss is a " very loudly.

Credit where it's due, it's an amusing thing to do, but could easily be changed and prevent embarrassment...

Right-Click > Open in new tab does not redirect, just clicking does (here at least).

ah right, was trying it in ie6 (dont ask.) tried it in safari and it redirects.

A few people on here are. The thread was one about some tunnels in Manchester that a PHer (Parrot of Doom) had discovered ....Am not really sure the ins and outs of it but the 28DL chaps got miffed about something.

ie8 didn't seem to redirect...

On Firefox, scroll wheel click (New Tab) on that link opens it as the Boss is a and the kitten thing.

if its those ones they are bloody hard to get into, involve getting over a canal, and so they don't want the local youths to find them.

though bit daft as iirc there is a book called something like 'underground manchester' all about them.

28DL were very protective and banned POD from their site, they also trolled on here for a bit. Then they set up the re-direct page. POD set up a Wikipedia page on the cathedral steps area. They got really pissed off about it.
