car shuddering after filling up

My mum filled her Citroën dispatch up at a Tesco esso garage, within a mile it started shuddering. Continued to do it for the rest of her 4 mile journey. The van was mot'd and serviced last week. My mum phoned the garage and they said they have had no negative feed back from anyone. Anything else we can do?
