Gearbox re-build advice Octavia 1.9 PD TDi

Hi to all
Gearbox advice needed please. I want to have my gearbox from my Octavia 1.9 PD TDi 2008 re-built with stronger internals all round it MUST be able to handle at least 350 Ib/Ft torque. The re-build must include a longer 5th Gear and possibley 4th. All shafts to be up rated within the box. The right garage will fully understand and advise on speedo recalibration as needed.
Can any member please advise me on a good garage or specialist to do the work?
A specialist in Devon or Cornwall would be fantastic, but the priority is to find the best garage for the job or a lovely retired ex gearbox rebuilder who wants to take on a little project.
