After a splash of erm...inspiration I have come up with

Frosted shot glasses
Fresh pomegranate pips or whatever their actual real term is
Gin/Vodka

Haven't been well enough to give it a trial run as been laid up poorly this week.

Do you think they will be nice or will people be horrified?!

I could have seen similar on Jamie Oliver or some other pufter type chef...

Should really have mention that this will be for tomorrow night.
Age range from mid 20's to mid 60's
8-10 people so easily manageable.

Jeez, was that from your last party?

No and Yes.

I take it a nice Fino is not your style, but hitting your guests with a spirit shot as soon as they walk through the door isn't going to go down, or come up well!

Like the idea of pomegranate and frosted glasses. How about a fruit punch with a Pimms and vodka base?

That sounds like a good idea, don't want everybody plastered straight away!
Vodka, Pimms, Pomegranate and frosted tall glasses.

Tally ho, to the shops tomorrow again!

Jamie Oliver did it with Tequila. I can't see them being to everybody's taste tbh.
