Road Tax for Escalade Hybrid import

Hi All, I am about to register my imported Escalade Hybrid and wondered if anyone could tell me if I have to pay road tax or congestion charge?

It will only be offical cars Euro Spec that might get CC free and Road tax for an Import is normally £185 or £205. still cheap!!
