Nice chronograph circa £200...

Realised I was diverting the CW thread with my musings, so thought I'd start a separate thread. The below watches have caught my eye, would any more knowledgeable PHers be able to offer any opinions on them or ideas at a similar price?

I tried on the Tissot PRC200 in a jewellers once and wasn't impressed by the way it felt, the main problem was with the bracelet:- although you've shown one with a leather strap.

I've got a PRC200 (non Chrono) and it's quite nice, I put it on a Hirsch carbon leather strap.

Tough choice though, don't think you'd be disappointed with any.

I've got a Christopher Ward C7 Rapide Chrono on the steel bracelet. Feels like a good quality watch. Only downside for me is the steel bracelet, I find it very uncomfortable so it doesn't get much wrist time. Would swap the strap for thier leather one but it's not got a normal buckle and is also uncomfortable. It's the clasps they use and the lack of fine adjustment that cause the discomfort for me. Maybe one day I will get round to sourcing a comfortable strap.

Good thing is that you can try it out and send it back under their 60 day policy.

I bought the exact same tissot PRC200 model last week. I love the look of the watch & its not too big like some. It has a metal clasp locking system on the leather strap. This stops the leather wearing from undoing & doing up the strap everyday.
