Headlight cowl removal

I'm trying to remove my headlight cowl. I've undone four screws holding it down and released the glue at the top but the botom end is being stubborn. I've firced it as hard as I dare (don't want to crack cowl or paint) but it's refusing to budge!

Is there another hidden fastening at the bottom/font? Or did the last person in there just get over-enthusiastic with the silicone?

I've got one cowl off, minus a few chips!

There's an awful amount of stuff to cut away to fit the new lights! Think I'll re-read the threads other people have posted before I get the dremel out!

What exactly are you doing?

Before I saw the pics I reckoned you were fitting the newer Tuscan-style lamps but from the pics it looks like you are fitting a single lamp.
