Motor bike-Engined Smart Car

Hi Guys I need some help....I am desperately looking to buy a bike engined Smart car, I have located one in Poland (I am in Manchester) and I am told I will have to pay tax on the vehicle at the price of a new one! this car I think was an ex Z-cars exported to Poland a couple of years ago and I want to bring it back but not pay a couple of thousand in duties.

If anyone knows of any bike-engined Smart cars for sale I would be very grateful for a contact,

By the way, any specific reason you want a smart? Theres a lot of BEC variety out there. Also have you driven a BEC?
