Broadband in Moscow

This is a bit of a long shot, I don't know whether this should go on business to business, but I'll try here for starters...

The company I work for is setting up a small office in Moscow and we'd like to provide broadband internet access to allow direct web browsing and to act as a back-up to an AT&T frame-relay connection to both UK and sunny Oregon, where our HQ is based.

Does anyone have experience of broadband in Russia, in particular Moscow ? Costs, availablility, reliability etc ?
