anyone local to greenock on here that would be good enough to let me know the weather and snow situation there for this week?

driving up from wales for a funeral and plan on taking the porsche, but if its still bad with you guys may need to change that idea and take the wifes bmw

I'm sbout 20miles down the coast from Greenock.

There is no snow anymore. I work with a couple of guys from greenock and the snow thawed last week.

I'll be going out to Greenock for meetings most days next week, I'll let you know if it is bad. If you are coming from Wales, you would come up the '74. That's the way I go, joining at junction 12. If I make it, you'll make it.

No snow today, it only dropped to 2 deg C so no frost either. No snow forecast for Greenock tomorrow either, you should be ok weather wise.

Be carefull as you approach Greenock/Port Glasgow the 30/40mph stretches of dual carriageway are pretty strictly enforced.
