Anyone know anything about installing over rim bidets?

Is it a diy job or would a professional be required? Im not a complete tard with tools but just don't quite know how it would go about fitting on.

I like the way the product description bangs on about using brass, and then the main connection is plastic. Not that that's necessarily bad, but the fitting instructions do warn against breaking it.
I await with interest to see what the professionals say about it.
