If it's from a tin, you can microwave it.
Another option would be to stir fry with some chili and garlic.

lose the sweetcorn. Saute the potatoes (if new potatoes). So slice them and then pan fry with some black pepper until golden brown. I would glaze the carrots. So just cover with water and add some butter (about 25mg) and add 2 teaspoons of sugar to the water, then par boil until the water has reduced to about a tablespoon. Then serve with your meat.

Only got the idea after looking at this part of the forum wife has now told me to go on pistonheads more often
