Renovo Roof reviver

If anyone is thinking of using this product, here are a few of my thoughts.

I have just `painted` my roof panels in black. They look great !
I am now going to buy some `Ultra Proofer` to finish the job.

Observations -

• I bought one litre of Soft top reviver - 500ml is enough for one coat imo therefore a litre will do two coats.

(one coat looks great though and should be enough

• Therefore one litre of Ultra Proofer should be the same. (two coats)

I was not sure how much of this stuff you needed so I thought this post on `quantity` might help others.

I have to say that the new colour of black instead of yukkie tired black/faded grey looks great.

WARNING - You need to cover everything within 10 yards before you do this job. (Luckily for me the dog was black before !)
This stuff flicks everywhere !!

Lastly, I like to use the word `I` a lot ;-)

I agree, it's good. I do it every year now and used less after the first time.

However, you have to do the whole of each panel or you get a visible line. Better done when cold too as it dries fast in the warm

The black certainly is good. I can't vouch for the coloured versions they do.

The proofer is also excellent, though others speak just of highly of Thomsons. I have only used Renovo.

The rear window polish is another fine product.

I tend to buy the bigger bottles so I am fairly sure I always have some on the shelf and can re-colour and re-proof whenever needed. I would usually do it in Spring certainly and maybe again in the autumn depending on the summer weather.

Originally you had to order from them and they were great on the phone, now the products are stocked fairly widely.

All excellent products, and British too.
