lotus notes document select

For my obvious sins in a past life, i'm forced to use Lotus Notes. Pretty slow day so I thought I'd sort out my mail folder being as I haven't done it in the past year and have a few thousand emails that need organising!

So:
Create folder for friends emails... check
Order by person... check
Find first email by a friend... check
Select email... check
Find last email by same friend... check
Shift+Select last email... arse

Anybody know how I can multiple contigues file selecting in Lotus Notes? The help file says I can shift+select each document individually and then just drag the whole lot once they all have a tick beside them.

Select the start document.

Hold down shift

Cursor down to the last document

Now they all have ticks.

Drag and drop to new folder.

Works for me...

Cursor down is a little annoying when I have about 4000 documents! I'm almost through the A's though.

It's a poor situation when I have fond memories of Outlook.

Just been informed by my Notes people that you can only do it using the cursor down method and using this method you can only do it for 2000 documents at a time...
