can anyone tell me if you can drive a moped (up to 125) or a scooter if you have been banned from driving a car through drink driving. the person concerned does not have a current motorbike licence or CBT.

Pigging annoyed, after paying for two sets of lessons and two tests, you get one licence and points count on it irrelevant of what you were driving.
Have points on car but am VERY careful on the bike.
Surely two tests should mean two licences
