Well worth changing! No idea when mine was last done but it's gained 15 - 20psi from the swap with a healthy 45 - 50PSI hot idle (well as hot as it gets in winter).

Seconded. Filled my boxers when mine went last year. Not seen it drop below 40 since.

Thirded. Mine jumped to 45 psi hot idle and 70 or more at revs after replacing the old compressed one.
