AVO Spring Rates

Hello all
I'm going to fit some new AVO Dampers and Springs to my 92 Griff. I have the correct part numbers for the dampers however I'm still not 100% sure what spring lengths and poundage to go for. I have been given some advice (thanks Hans and Matt) however any more input would be appreciated.
I'm looking at Front 9" 350lbs Rear 12" 400lbs......Any thoughts/comments??
I only use the Griff on the road so don't want too firmer ride.
