Can someone suggest the easiest way to get a full replacement hose kit for a Vixen S3 (Ford Kent engine). Samco don't list TVR, so would a Ford kit be OK? If so which model?

Thx... Moto

Best bet is to try one of the specialists, Adrian Venn, Steve Reid, DG's etc.

Made up hoses for my S2 Vixen using a selection of standard bends and coupling sleeves, from memory the bottom hose was two right-angles together and the top was a 135degree bend and reducer plus a short piece of straight. As far as I know no-one makes a kit of hoses. Geoff

I used to have a local manufacturer make Vixen top and bottom hoses, 12 pairs at a time. Quite expensive and took years to sell. Same for "M" series, sat on them for years. Steve please do NOT fit Blue hideous hoses to a classic. How is the retrim going?

Steve,

Going OK actually. Seats are back retrimmed as original but in leather. They do look good. I stripped out everything & retrimmed all panels, lots of new bits & pieces like instrument bezels etc & sorted out a few electrical bits that needed doing. I've now started putting everything back with a new headlining, felt & carpets. Hoping to be finished by the end of the month.
