Having just seen on the local Teletext that a Deer hunter in the Grimsby area has got a licence for a .44 Magnum. I found this on the BBC.

I actually fired a Magnum once - bloody thing nearly broke my wrists. I had a friend who owned a few guns and took me to his gun club. The kick back on the Magnum was vicious.
