Canon T2 Mount

Further to an earlier posting, done some research and it looks like I need a 'T2 Mount' for my Canon EOS 300D in order to attach the telescope. Are mounts suitable for Canon FD also suitable for mine?

Not sure, but the T2 mount shouldn't cost a fortune? It's only a tube with a screw thread one end and a Canon lens mount the other, if the one I last used on a Meade scope was anything to go by...
