I'm trying the track down the likely paint code number for the Steve McQueen 250lusso. I know that it is generally referred to as Maronne (chestnut) Brown. And the net has thrown up a big list of different paint colours all (un)helpfully called Maronne. Most seem to be a far lighter shade than the one in all the pics - which is a nice dark chocolate colour.

Thanks, Tim

IIRC the code is 106M73, but I'll double check that tomorrow in workthumbup
Or just email Mike Regalia (the restorer), he won't mind.

Found Mike Regalia on the net. Sent him an email. He replied, and very kindly offered to send me a sample of the paint he used. What a decent chap.

Many thanks. Tim
