Anybody interested in going to see this at The Ritz in Belper? It is on starting on Friday the 28th Jan. Or if places not available, somewhere else.

Go on then, me & Liz. Any excuse for a pint and the Ritz.

Nope. Has lots of stammers though. Can't do that weekend unfortunately.

That's five so far. Any more takers before we reserve some tickets?

Been trying to get through to the Ritz to see if there are spaces on Sunday (I presume Saturday is out for you Woz due to the BG issue?). It has been engaged every time I call. However, just got through to an answerphone message that didn't go anywhere!

Anyone know the best time to call?

I could nip in on Saturday. What numbers are we looking at and for which showing?

They really fall down in this area, they are damn near impossible to contact. I have had this nearly every time I've wanted to book. The answerphone is annoying because it simply tells you to telephone during their opening hours, but you are telephoning during their opening hours! You have to dial and dial and dial, again and again and again, over several hours, sometimes it has taken me DAYS! And if you e-mail them to book, you get a snotty reply saying they don't take bookings by e-mail.

It's a lovely cinema for sure, but their contactability is beyond rubbish. I guess they fill all the seats and the demand outstrips the supply anyway, so they're not bothered.

As Jim, says, best thing is to call in, but that's not convenient if you're not local.
