Blatter is a certified Arse Clown who seems to be piddling away with his own little trainset.

I look forward to seeing the premiership close early for the World cup. I'm sure Man Utd and Chelsea etc won't mind losing a few million so that their expensive stars can go off to Qatar to risk injury.

How about not holding the World Farce in a country that only has a population of 1.7 million, isn't homaphobic and allows that rather important part of watching sport....alcohol (although that could be argued as to how important it is).

Is there any chance of a group of countries including England breaking off and holding their own world cup? Sidestep FIFA and let it fizzle out.

Lawyers must be rubbing their hands.

FIFA delegates vote for a World Cup in Qatar in June and now it's gonna be in a variety of countries and in January! I'm waiting for China to lob some cash the Qatari's way and the WC will actually be in Hong Kong in October 2015....

Didn't Qatar say they'd be using the latest technology to keep the players cool?

This amounts to moving the tournament to January and playing in the dark.

It's like getting planning permission for a house and then changing it's location and building a shopping mall instead.

Doesn't this make anyone wonder why the anti-corruption post that FIFA were going to create months ahead of the WC voting was conveniently cancelled. The whole thing stinks.

Qataris: "Give us the WC and we'll invent a stadium air con system to keep the players and supporters cool" (cue background rustling noises*)
Sepp Bloater: "Sure, have the WC"
Qataris: "Actually, can we move this to January and co-host please"

(*i am not in any way suggesting that brown envelopes stuffed full of cash/oil shares were used to ease the selection process)
