2006 Range rover Reverse camera and tv not working??

Hi guys, My father in law has got himself an 06 range rover which is having some problems with the tv and reverse camera not working. He's had the fault codes checked at LR and they are saying theres none present! The screen lights up just doesnt have anything on it when in reverse or when tv is selected, has anyone else come across this that could shed some light?
