its only 400ish grams, i want to cook it whole and i have no slow cooker.

with that in mind, what would you do? currently favouring a greek recipe- roast with lemon & herb - though other tasty suggestions welcome.

On or off the bone?

So is it a neck of lamb fillet?

If it is then fill your boots.

I'd dice it, marinate in olive oil and ras el hanout, skewer and grill.

Serve with salad and couscous with raisins/toasted pine nuts stirred in and a waft of cinnamon over.

it is, and it does!

first thought was morrocan, but I'm just browsing the leon cookbook and have found some sides that would go great with the delia recipe.
