I have just bought From an independent dealer and shall be picking up a 2007 mk4 mondeo next week, I have just checked the ford etis website to see what my future car left the factory with, and what a spec list it's got, but I have also noticed that the are the following outstanding field service items in red.

Outstanding Field Service Actions
8U165 - MONDEO/GALAXY/S-MAX - REAR ABS AND FUEL TANK ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS.
8S184 - MONDEO/GALAXY/S-MAX -1.8 LYNX INJECTOR LOOM CHAFE.

I read that as, recalls that have not been done yet? Would I be correct in thinking I can still take the car into a Ford dealer to get these be rectified free of charge or would these be chargeable now

Recalls last for the life of the vehicle, and will be free of charge at any Ford dealer
