Pioneer Avic X3 issues

For some reason the system keeps letting mr down.

I'll set the system up at the start of the journey and all will be okay. Then for some reason the arrow won't follow the road I'm on and it'll start just going straight like over fields etc (hard to explain)

Then it'll try and search and then it ends up on a road totally different than the one I'm on and start giving random directions.

Anyone know what the problem is?
