I saw your S80 for sale. What chip/remap and other bits did youd to get the 325bhp?

Good good - you like your Jags then (and a bit of polishing/washing it seems).

How does Volvo handle on those alloys? Fine, I assume

I do like my Jags, the S type was an awesome car, lowered, chipped, incredibly fast and held the road like it was on rails! While keeping the Jag refinement.

I like to keep my cars shiny, Its hard in this weather though!

As for the Volvo, it holds the road well considering its got that much power on the front wheels. It was chipped here: http://www.hlmtuning.co.uk/s_volvo.html and it has the Stainless straight through exhaust and K&N air filter fitted. All the mods were done before I bought it. Its a fast car but because it is so smooth and quiet and the gear change is so smooth you just don't realise the speed you are doing.

I only keep my cars 6 months to a year due to the miles I do. I like to keep changing. The next one is hopefully going to be an XK8 but I'm open to most cars. I'll be putting a new MOT on the Volvo at the end of the month and putting it up for sale again.

How did you manage to get 300bhp out of the Jag 3.0 in the S-type? Adding 60bhp to a 3.0 NA engine would require a lot more than a chip.

I have no idea to be honest. When I bought it, it had been through the Arden factory, it had new Exhaust, ECU, filters and all sorts of other bits and pieces added to it.
Amazing car to drive. When I had this car my dad had the standard 3.0 S type and it just left his for dead.

That's odd, it seems to be missing all the normal Arden badges and bits and pieces like this one:

It Didn't have the Arden badges on the outside, but it did have the Arden 19" alloys ( They got kurbed so I swapped them for 18" Oz), it had the Arden Exhaust, pedals, gearstick etc....

Whatever was done to it, it was piggin quick compared to the bog standard 3.0
