Need help please.

Have had a small difference of opinion with my more learned brethren (the boys in blue) and am requested to appear in court to discuss failure to acknowledge a Notice of Intended Prosecution.

Would be most grateful if anyone can recommend a good lawyer in the Midlands (ie. one with relevant experience) or a specialist motoring legal defence chappie.
