Hey guys,
Found a hole in my backbox on my 318is E30. Im having trouble sourcing an exhaust for it, ive heard of people having problems in the past. Im hoping to get myself just the back box, i know the scorpion seems to be popular but i can only find one for the e36 318is..... Anyone know if this will fit? as it is just the back box section. Any other advice or experience is appreciated.

Cheers

Head over to www.e30zone.net They've loads of bits and bobs there, they're a friendly enough bunch especially if you're buying something biggrin

+1 on E30Zone. I'm sure you'll be able to pick up a second hand item on the cheap. Alternatively, Bosal are fairly decent quality and reasonably priced.

Cheers guys, already a member and have a thread or two running on there aswell! they are usually really good but only seem to have exhausts for the 6 cylinder cars. It seems finding exhaust parts is abit of a pain for the IS after having a few google searches.

Anyone else have any ideas? ive found a few but ideas are welcome.

Keep checking back everyother day, possible that the 320 backbox may fit as well as it's single pipe. Check euro's and other familiars for one with perhaps some warrenty.

I've heard that Scorpion are pretty bad when it comes to drone at motorway speeds. FWIW my indie BMW garage recommends the Bosal ones as a decent replacement.
