Credit where credit is due...
Sent my Snooper S5, with broken volume control and power cable by 2nd Class post on Sat to Performance Products. Was open in letter saying that I cannot remember when I bought it (lost receipt), so unsure if covered by warranty.
Received back today by Special Delivery, properly repaired and Free of Charge
Well done Performance Products, service above and beyond the call etc.

I will remember this when I upgrade in a few months time to a GPS system.
