A 3 week trip with the car, staying for a c.5 days at each of four different places.

What would your itinerary be for such a trip?

How about this?

Lake Konstanz - a bit of inland beachery
Budapest - a bit of old school culture (might do a half and half with Prague for this stop)
Berlin - for culture at its very best
Timmendorfer Strand - Germany's Chelsea-on-Sea

Just for the lulz I would go north into Denmark > Norway and do the coastal fjords and head up to Trondheim, then across into Sweden > Finland and either back via Talinn or St Petersberg > Riga > Calais
