Hi all.

I removed the expansion tank cap, the tank was almost empty.

I removed the bleed screw next to the expansion tank, and the tank filled up??????????????????

Anyone know what thats all about.

You need to add coolant until you get water coming out of the bleed screw or you will have an air lock in the top of you rad.
