Hello All,

I need a bit of advice regarding stone chips that have started to rust. It's only very slight and just started. Is there a product that I could apply to the chip to stop it going any further until I can get them sorted more permanently?

Any advice would be appreciated greatly smile

A rust converter will stop it getting much worse. It may well discolour paint though. You could also use a fibreglass pen to remove any surface rust in a small area.

Thanks, I will have a look at what products are available. Never done anything like this before, just don't want to make it worse before I can get it sorted.

yep, rust converter.
I would recommend Bilt Hambers Hydrate 80, painted on with an small artists brush.
Then, some touch up paint, from Halfrauds or wherever.
Then, after a week or so, clean, and add Auto Balm from Bilt Hamber again (No, I'm not on commission!)
