What s. Gutted for you mate. Really makes me sick that does on any car, never mind a Cerbera or supercar.
Hope it won't cost to much.
Don't suppose any CCTV around or anything?

It was outside my gf's house. Her Ex turned up causing trouble he actually called the police on her for some other reason so while they were there I pressed charges against him. but he left before the police had chance to question him about it.

It both saddens and sickens me to see your P&J damaged like that.

I know it's no consolation but it looks like it can be sorted out without too much trouble and cost.

Feel for you mate but She'll look like this sometime soon I would hope.

Regards

Simon

Bastid.

Tosser is certainly more of a car nut than a car lover. However, in hindsight, maybe sending him a photo of you bending his ex over the boot of the Cerb wasn't such a good idea

Is it at all possible it was done by accident? Perhaps a scuffle between two youths and one fell on it, with the studs of his jeans causing that? (I think it's preferable to knowing someone did it on purpose.)

Gutted for you, mindless damage like this really annoys me. I've sent you a PM with some info which you may find useful.

thanks guys. :-)

This was done on purpose.. we both witnessed it but as the police were already on their way kept quiet until they got there. Only she let him go before detaining him. A bit of a mix up on her behalf but his actions on making a quick exit will add to the evidence against him.

thanks James smile I have had a quick read of your mail. I am just getting ready for work so will reply tomorrow. Thanks for that.

frown what a censored hope you manage to get him to pay for damages!
Thankfully it's just on one quarter though, could've been a lot worse I guess if he'd gone straight down the car frown

Hope you get it sorted out ok.

I can't see the photos from here but an attack on the vehicle is clearly criminal damage and should be pursued. sadly, incidents of this nature can sometimes escalate so it needs dealing with.

To comment on an earlier post, running away is not evidence of anything but I understand the sentimentsmile

Keep a log of anything that happens, including phone calls, emails, comments made in the street, anything - include dates, times, any witness. Obviously detail the damge to the car (dated photos etc.) and keep a record of any other losses (time off work to get quotes, repairs etc.).

It is always useful to go into any of these things confident you are as well prepared as possible.

Depending where you live, some areas view this type of thing as an extention of domestics abuse which tends to add weight to legal action (you said he is her ex).

It's a pain and stressful, I hope yiou get is sorted very quickly, very besy of lucksmile

Agree with this ^^^^

Really sorry to hear that you and new GF are getting such greif from a tcensoredt like that....

... however tempting it is to do it, prob not worth admonishing physical revenge - only has potential to land you in a pile of shcensoredt and for him to drag you down with him into his own sorry miserable meaningless crap life....

.... Besides, revenge is a dish best served cold (and in this case, by someone else totally unconnected to you at a time you have an iron clad alibi ???)

Did you manage to film / get photo's of him doing it? Sounds like for future incidents best keep a camera with video capabilities near the window / door to capture any potential future misbehaviour.

Gutting though it is - it's a scratch to a car and can be fixed. This idiot needs stopping now before it escalates and someone gets hurt.
